Tickets can be paid for through e-Transfer to office@robertmcclurechurch.org, please mark your payment with "Roast Beef Dinner" or you can drop off payment to the church office.
This is a fun, family-friendly event!

Volunteers Needed!
For the upcoming Roast Beef Dinner on Saturday, October 24, 2026, we require volunteers for numerous things such as help with set up, cooking, making dessert, donations of food items, doing dishes, clean up, setting up for Sunday worship and more.  There is a sign-up sheet on the bulletin board by the kitchen.  If you are joining us online but would still like to help, please contact Jeanette McDonald to make arrangements to receive your food or monetary donation.  The fundraising committee greatly appreciates your support for this endeavour.   For more information contact one of our coordinators through the church office:  Barb Lough, Jeanette McDonald or Debbie Flegg.  Please note that if we don’t have enough volunteers then we will have to cancel the dinner.

Ticket Challenge
You are challenged to invite family, friends, and neighbours to our Roast Beef Dinner.  You are being challenged to take a book of tickets and buy one for yourself and sell the other three.  There are four tickets in each book.  If you can’t sell the other three tickets in your book, maybe consider buying them and donating them to the church and let someone attend the dinner that might not otherwise able to.  All tickets and funds must be returned to the church by Sunday October 19th so that we can ensure that we have enough food to feed the great number of people that we will have at the dinner.
