When Christmas Isn't Merry
The expectation is that we will be merry and happy at Christmastime: the celebration of the Messiah's birth, family and friends gathering to feast and visit, fun times shopping for those special presents. But for some of us that isn't the case. Perhaps we've lost a job, or a loved one, or our health. Maybe the long years of pandemic have brought despair to our spirits. Perhaps we're suffering from fatigue of the body or the dark night of the soul. Whatever your case or situation, you are not alone.
On Sunday, December 18th, at 7 pm we will gather for a Blue Christmas Service, that will include readings and meditation, lighting candles and quiet music.
The service will be led by Barb Lough and members of the Caring Committee. Please join us.
